What form of payment do you accept when purchasing an item online?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, shoppay, affirm, and paypal.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

All orders are shipped via priority shipping, which takes 1-2 business days or 3-4 business days. Processing time of 1-2 days is not included in the shipping schedule.

Can I order online and pick up at the showroom location?

Yes, we offer customers the option to order online and pick up the order in the showroom location.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do.

What postal service do you ship your packages with?

All orders placed on the Diafora website are shipping with USPS.

Return and Exchange

What if something doesn't fit, can I exchange it or get a refund?

Yes, we offer exchange only within 7 days from your purchase date.

What is your return policy for gifts?

Exchange only.

Can I return an item that is on sale?

No. All sale items are final.

Showroom Policies

Is the showroom location open?

Yes, we are open. Our current showroom hours are Wednesday through Saturday 12:00pm-7pm EST. We are closed Sundays, Mondays, and Tuesdays.

Can you hold an item to be purchased at the showroom?

No, we do not hold items.

Am I able to try on items when shopping in the showroom?

Yes, customers are allowed to try on anything in our showroom.
